Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation
- Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and it is assumed that the T&C's have been read and are agreed too.
- A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to immediately if payments are made via anywhereaudio.com.au

2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days prior to the event: 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Within 14 days of the event: 40% of the deposit will be refunded. This helps cover staffing commitments, as operators may not be able to rebook their time at short notice.

3. Equipment & Staff
- All equipment remains the property of Anywhere Audio.
- Operators/technicians are provided for setup, operation, and pack-down unless agreed otherwise.
- Anywhere Audio staff are responsible for ensuring a clean and tidy working environment.
- Clients are responsible for the safety of equipment and staff while on site.
- Damaged, lost, or stolen equipment may be charged at replacement value.

4. Access & Power Requirements
- Clients must ensure reasonable access to the venue and a safe working environment.
- Power supply must be adequate and stable. Any issues must be discussed in advance.

5. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Events)
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide appropriate cover for outdoor setups.
- Anywhere Audio reserves the right to refuse operations if weather conditions are considered unsafe (e.g. heavy rain, high winds).

6. Liability
- While every care is taken, Anywhere Audio is not liable for event cancellations, delays, or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or third-party failures.
